Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Apartments Apartments for older adult who are able to live independently * residents have opportunity to participate in adult day program activities
Community Service Program Personal care services for Craigwiel Gardens residents and community members
Craigholme 83-bed long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
Craigwiel Adult Day Programs Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
