Description of Services:
Provides support, treatment and rehabilitation services focused on improving the quality of life of individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness
- Offers assessment, management and education about mental health symptoms
- Provides supportive counselling
- Provides administration, monitoring and documentation of prescription medications
- Offers assistance and education with daily living skills
- Provides training and support for securing employment
- Provides services Mon-Sun 24 hours through a team of various health professionals including mental health counsellors, nurses, social workers, psychiatrist, addictions counsellor and a peer support worker
