Description of Services:

Offers support to children who have developmental delay or a suspected delay * team of professionals dedicated to promoting inclusion as well as acting as mediators for specialized services * services include:

completes regular pre-school assessment
tracks the childs progress
assists school personnel, physicians, childcare personnel and physicians by providing the necessary information regarding educational planning
provides support to parents or guardians to ensure a smooth transition from pre-school to junior/senior kindergarten
includes formal and informal classroom visits and case conferences
