Description of Services:
Provides individualized support to individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, their caregivers and their family.
Psychosocial and emotional support is offered through counselling, education, advocacy, weekly social and wellness activities, volunteer support in-home or at our office.
12 bed residential hospice supporting individuals at end of life who require specialized palliative care.
