Description of Services:

Provides youth and young adults with a centralized location for access to services including mental health, addictions and crisis support, counseling, primary care and social supports related to employment, income and housing

Includes peer services, outreach, and system navigation services

Strives for early identification and prevention, and seamless access to more specialized care and treatment, if needed

Support can be accessed in person, by telephone or texting
