Description of Services:

Palliative care residence and services * virtual support may be available

Services available:
  • in-home visiting volunteer support
  • trained volunteers and professional care as well as support to people living with life-threatening illness and their caregiver(s) and to the bereaved 
  • individual and group bereavement support 
  • programs to support wellness and psycho-social needs 

Campbell House - 10-bed palliative care residence with beds allocated to end-of-life support as well as short stay, supportive palliative respite and pain and symptom management
