Description of Services:

Administers 72 units of one, two, and three bedrooms

Unit features and accommodations:
  • half are rent-geared-to-income
  • housing available to accommodate families, older adults, people with disabilities, including low-income single persons, childless couples and all other types of households
  • assaulted women with children needing permanent subsidized housing are eligible for special priority
  • all rent-geared-to-income housing is available on the basis of need alone and application date
