Low to moderate-income Indigenous people who are looking to purchase their sole and primary residence off-reserve, outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Ontario and:

hold Canadian citizenship and are 18 years of age or older
Individuals who do not qualify for a mortgage, cannot apply for homeownership assistance
