Description of Services:

The clinic treats patients with chronic pain such as: low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, post-motor vehicle accident pain, headaches and migraines, arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, degenerative disk disease, diabetic neuropathic pain, post-shingles pain, work-related injuries and fibromyalgia

Services include:

initial consultation
evaluation of past and current medical history
development of pain management plan including medication and nerve block management
development of pharmacological protocol
evaluation of opiate use and reduction
patient education
