Description of Services:

Free and confidential counselling services are offered for women who are dealing with abuse, making plans to leave abuse, or recovering from abuse and violence * offers one-to-one mentoring and educational programs * This short term, goal-oriented service uses cognitive behavioural and asset-based approach to:

assists women to use internal and external resources in order to make long term changes in their lives
develops the power of the individual by discovering and building upon the strengths of each woman
supports women to accomplish their goals for economic and emotional independence
